What: To support our learning in the Mathematics curriculum area, the school has organised an incursion with ‘World of Maths’. World of Maths is a hands-on incursion where students work on various activities in small groups and have the time & freedom to pursue the problems themselves.  The activities cover all aspects or Mathematical concepts; number, space, measurement, structure & working mathematically. There is a strong emphasis on problem solving which has been identified as a priority target for our students in 2020.

Who: Pre Primary-Year 6

When: Wednesday 26th February and Thursday 27th February

Cost: $6.00 per student

Permission form and payment due Friday 21st February.

Everyone is welcome to the P&C AGM and meeting to be held in the conference room (next to the Admin Office). Nomination forms to become a commitee member are available from the front office.

As part of the celebrations of leaving Primary School, the Year 6 students, Mrs Wood and Mr Blanch will be having an excursion to Latitude on Wednesday 18th December 2019, leaving school at 11:15am and returning for 2:45pm. The total cost of transport, lunch and 90 min of team building activities is $8.50, which has been heavily subsidised by the fundraising the students have undertaken with the support of the P&C.

Students are to wear school uniform and enclosed shoes for the day.

Please complete the ‘Excursion Consent’, ‘Payment Options Form’ and ‘Student Information Sheet’, returning it to school no later than Wednesday 4th December 2019.
